Sunday, May 1st at 11:59 p.m. EST - Deadline for Submissions

Thursday May 5th & Friday, May 6th - Selected Artists Are Notified

Monday, May 16th (4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) & Tuesday, May 17th (2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) -  Artwork Drop-off at the BACCA Arts Center (149 N. Wellwood Ave. Lindenhurst, NY 11757)

Thursday, May 26th - THE TOUR - Opening Day

Thursday, May 26th - June 26th, 2022 - Exhibition Dates

Wednesday, June 29th (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) Artwork Pick-Up at the BACCA Arts Center.

*A late fee of $15 per day will be charged for work remaining past 9:00 p.m. on June 29th, 2022

Artist Agreement

By submitting works to the Cafe D’Art Tour artists agree to allow the accepted artworks to be used for publicity and archival purposes. Artworks may be shared on social media platforms to the artist's credit. Artists will retain the copyright of their work published on the BACCA website and platforms. Work will be handled with care, but neither BACCA, Colored Colors, The Town of Babylon and Incorporated Villages, The Town of Babylon LDCII, or the participating cafes will be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage incurred. Artists agree that no work will be removed from the exhibition. Pick-up is to occur at a central location. Entry to the show constitutes agreement to all conditions.
