Wyandanch Community Development Corporation (WCDC) and the Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts, Inc. (BACCA) are facilitating three free local youth workshops.
The sessions will be held outdoors, limited to 10 students, and socially-distanced.
at the Wyandanch Plaza.

The "Plein Air Workshops" (the French term plein air
means out of doors and refers to the practice of painting pictures out of doors) will be held in three
sessions, teaching youth about:

Instructor Clinton King will guide this introductory workshop on first abstract painting and still
life. The goal of each separate session is to teach interested students how to see like an artist and
transfer that vision onto the canvas. In both sessions special focus will be on color, composition
and free expression.

Cubist Art
How to use your eyes to see objects in Cubistic Style
