About Our Program:

BACCA (Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts), Harper Bella, and Jose Tutiven - the Artists Create Change project and partnership through CRNY - invite artists and the community to the Long Island Public Arts Festival - a vibrant celebration of creativity transforming Phelps Lane Park in North Babylon, NY into an immersive public arts exhibition.

Featured Artists

Artists were selected for their works to be featured on large-scale vinyl installations as part of a public arts festival to be held at Town of Babylon Phelp’s Lane park in North Babylon.  Learn about the artists here.
