Vendor Fees

BACCA Member: $25

Non-Members: $50

Grid Rental: $15

*If you are a non-member, you will receive confirmation of your new BACCA membership (included) by mail.

To pay by mail send cash or a check made out to "BACCA" to 47 West Main St. Suite 4 Babylon, NY 11702.

Vendor Setup: 10:00 -11:00 a.m.

Vendor Break-Down: 5:15 p.m.
*You may load an unload tents, tables, and supplies on Ocean Avenue. Additional long-term parking is available across the street at Amityville High School.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other supplies. 

 

Grid Rental:

• You will receive 2 "books" of grids.

• Measurements: 4'x6' per "book"

• Each book is 2 grids, including 4 tops and 4 bottoms = 8 total sections.

• You will also receive connecting brackets, "feet," "U-shaped" bottom brackets, and "S" hooks for hanging.

Grid rental is an additional $15 to rent for participants.

Grid Pickup: Thursday, June 9th from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Babylon Old Town Hall

Grid Drop-Off: Tuesday, June 14th from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

 

Grids may also be picked up and dropped off by making an appointment during business hours. Email info@babylonarts.org :
 

* Artists are responsible to set up and take down their own grids. 

 

The renter acknowledges it is a temporary rental agreement. Grids are the property of BACCA. BACCA does not assume responsibility for the misuse of grids or damage that may result to person or property resulting from such misuse by the renter or others.
